Sacred Dance of the Tarot

Exploring the energy of the archetype through movement/dance, meditation, and group discussion. Sacred Dance is a time of letting go of perfect technique and dance the from inner power centre. Tapping into one’s power through the arts and movement is sacred practice. Through surrender there is great personal inner power, empowerment, rather than power over others. All ancient cultures practiced the universal dancer, the concept of flow and connectedness. The major arcane of the tarot contains many well known archetypes. The order of the archetypes follows the "fool’s journey" or "hero's quest" in mythology. If you enjoy archetypes, tarot, multi-sensory learning, and imagery, you will love this class!!!
